ecwon8 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

1. "ecwon8" or "the Company" refers to the operator of the ecwon8 platform accessible at ecwon8.app and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.
2. "Platform" means the ecwon8 website, mobile browser interface, and all games, betting markets, account management tools, and services offered thereon.
3. "User", "you", or "Player" refers to any natural person who has created or attempts to create a registered account on the ecwon8 Platform.
4. "Account" means the registered account created by a User on the ecwon8 Platform, associated with a unique username, email address, and MYR wallet balance.
5. "Funds" means the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) balance held within a User's ecwon8 Account at any given time.
6. "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback award, or other non-cash incentive credited to a User's Account pursuant to an ecwon8 promotional offer.
7. "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a User must bet before Bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion's individual terms.

2. Eligibility

1. Access to the ecwon8 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. The Company employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
2. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and that you are not prohibited from participating in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Employees, officers, directors, and their immediate family members of ecwon8 and its affiliated companies, software providers, and payment processors are not eligible to create player accounts or participate in real-money play.
4. The Company reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the eligibility requirements set out in this clause are not satisfied.
5. Individuals who have self-excluded from ecwon8 are prohibited from creating new accounts during the active self-exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration and Verification

1. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the ecwon8 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
2. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
3. ecwon8 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with its licensing obligations. You agree to provide such supporting documentation as the Company may reasonably request, including but not limited to a government-issued identity document (MyKad, passport), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership.
4. The Company may suspend access to withdrawal functions pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Standard KYC review is completed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission of complete documentation.
5. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. The Company shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to protect your login details.
6. You agree to notify ecwon8 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

1. All transactions on the ecwon8 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Company does not impose currency conversion charges on any MYR transaction.
2. Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost Wallet, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, and FPX bank transfer. The Company reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
3. Deposits credited to your Account via e-wallet (Touch n Go, Boost) are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard inter-bank processing times, which may vary.
4. The Company reserves the right to require that withdrawals be processed via the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, up to the deposited amount. This requirement is imposed to prevent money laundering and is not subject to waiver.
5. Withdrawal processing times are determined by your VIP tier: Black Diamond members receive priority processing within one (1) hour; Platinum members within the same business day; Silver and Bronze members within two (2) to five (5) business days, subject to successful KYC verification.
6. The Company may withhold or delay any withdrawal pending investigation if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
7. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the Company and communicated in the Platform's banking section. These limits may vary by payment method and VIP tier.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

1. ecwon8 may, at its discretion, offer Bonuses to eligible Users from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to these General Terms & Conditions and any specific promotion terms communicated at the time of the offer.
2. Where a Wagering Requirement applies to a Bonus, the full Wagering Requirement must be satisfied before any funds derived from or related to that Bonus may be withdrawn. Failure to meet the Wagering Requirement within the specified time period will result in automatic expiry of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
3. Bonuses are credited to your Account in Malaysian Ringgit and may only be used on the ecwon8 Platform. Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
4. The Company reserves the right to withdraw any Bonus offer, amend Bonus terms, or cancel a Bonus credited to an Account if it determines that the Bonus was claimed in error, fraudulently, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
5. In the event of a conflict between these General Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotional offer, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that specific offer only.

6. Gameplay Rules and Bet Acceptance

1. All bets are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market in which they are placed, as published on the ecwon8 Platform. It is the User's responsibility to review and understand the applicable rules before placing any wager.
2. ecwon8 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed following a technical error, systems fault, or erroneous display of odds or game parameters. In such circumstances, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Account.
3. Bets placed and accepted prior to a technical failure are honoured in accordance with the game rules applicable at the time of bet placement, to the extent it is technically feasible to determine the outcome.
4. The Company's decision on the settlement of any disputed bet or game outcome shall be final, subject to the formal complaint procedure set out in the Platform's FAQ section.
5. ecwon8 operates Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for non-live games that are certified by independent technical testing laboratories. Certification details are available upon request.

7. Responsible Gaming

1. ecwon8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides Users with a suite of account-level tools including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
2. Users may activate responsible gaming tools directly through their account settings without the need to contact customer support. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.
3. The Company strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and will close any Account found to be operated by a minor, with all associated funds returned to the source payment method following verification.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ecwon8 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Account balances:

• Registration of more than one Account by a single individual or household;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Use of the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose;
• Exploitation of software errors, game malfunctions, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use of automated betting scripts, bots, or any other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended by the Company;
• Collusion with other Users in live dealer or poker-format games;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or any betting strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose;
• Any conduct that the Company reasonably determines to constitute abuse of the Platform, its staff, or other Users.

9. Intellectual Property

1. All content on the ecwon8 Platform — including but not limited to the ecwon8 name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the proprietary property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
2. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other right, title, or interest in any Platform content is granted to Users.
3. Users must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any ecwon8 content without prior written authorisation from the Company.

10. Limitation of Liability

1. The ecwon8 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
2. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ecwon8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
3. The Company's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds held in the User's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
4. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Amendments to These Terms

1. ecwon8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, the Company will notify registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction.
2. Your continued use of the ecwon8 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
3. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ecwon8 holds its operating licence.
2. In the event of any dispute between a User and ecwon8 regarding the operation of the Platform or the settlement of any bet or game, the User should first contact ecwon8 customer support to seek an informal resolution. Details of the formal complaints procedure are available in the Platform's FAQ section.
3. If a dispute cannot be resolved through ecwon8's internal complaints procedure, the matter may be referred to the independent dispute resolution service designated by ecwon8's licensing authority.
4. ecwon8's decisions on all gaming disputes, including bet settlement and bonus-related disputes, shall be final and binding unless overturned through the applicable independent dispute resolution process.
